It's our anniversary and I wanted something special that I had never done before. Since I can not eat a lot lately (stomach problems), I wanted a soup that we can both enjoy and perhaps make a nice salad with homemade dressing too. No man really good?

Crabmeat In Red Sauce With Pasta Recipes For A Really Great Corn And Crabmeat Chowder?

Corn Crabmeat Soup

3 tablespoons margarine
1 large onion
1 medium red
1 pound crab meat in Louisiana
1 10-3/4 oz Cream of Mushroom
1 15-1/4 oz corn, drained
1 10-3/4 oz cream shrimp soup
1 15-3/4 oz creamed corn
Salt and pepper
1 cup milk and half
1 cup green onion
Servings: 6
Sauté onions in margarine until they are brown. Add peppers and sauté until soft. Add crab meat, soups and horns. Salt and pepper to taste. Add cream to make the desired consistency and simmer. Do not boil. Garnish with chives and serve.

1 / 4 cup chopped onion
1 / 4 cup butter
2 v. soup. Flour
1 / 4 tsp. Curry powder
4 c. fresh or frozen corn
4 c. Milk
1 C. cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound crab meat
Onion in butter until translucent. Flour and curry powder and cook for 2 minutes. Chop the corn in a food processor and into the onion mixture and cook for 5 minutes. Add milk, cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in crab meat. Serve hot, garnished with bacon, if desired. Serves 10th
