Quit Claim Deed Mortgage Can I Do A Quit Claim Deed On A House That I Have A Mortgage On?

Can I do a quit claim deed on a house that I have a mortgage on? - quit claim deed mortgage

I give my son from my house in South Dakota, without taking out a loan. I currently have a mortgage on it. Basically, we want to be able to resume current payments again. Is it possible to transfer the house with the form of view?

  1. Made a quiet waives all rights to claim, but retains all the responsibility. Of course you can take home, but remains the full responsibility for all mortgages, debts, judgments, etc., occur.

Why not consult a lawyer and sell them to him and / or co-sign the note?

  2. Great post! I understand your question. The money is difficult for many people, precisely because our economy is in decline. My friend took me through this website of an organization, people are up to $ 1,500 for the rent or mortgage. It is available in most areas, so I think you should check.
